JOP is awesome and every pregnant should attend the classe where we learn new things which will not be told by our parents nor doctors.
Mainly balancing our emotions, which is more important.I learnt from JOP that Drawing & painting is most effective way to control our anger. baby can be trained from the time when they are in the womb itself
